There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

Kim is an Ideal Protein coach dedicated to helping you reach your weight loss goals. Kim has been interested in nutrition and fitness since she can remember. Studying the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method and becoming a coach has allowed her to continue doing what she loves most… helping others become their healthiest and best selves.

Besides being an Ideal Protein coach, Kim is a certified Bar Method Instructor. She lives in Plano with her husband, Aaron and has 4 children.
